(“SNA”).  Use of this site is subject to the following terms of use (the “Terms”) and your continued use of this site demonstrates acceptance of these Terms.  As a condition of your use of this Site, you warrant that you will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not accept the Terms, you are asked to exit this site immediately. SNA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice to its users.  Any update to these Terms will be posted on this page and we encourage you to check it frequently for any such changes.

7. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SNA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use or misuse of our services, from the goods or services purchased or obtained from a third party by or through any links included on the Site, your violation of these Terms or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These Terms will inure to the benefit of SNA, and it's successors, assigns and licensees.

8. CHOICE OF LAW. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or those of your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by SNA.

10. SEVERABILITY.  If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the remainder of these Terms shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.  CHANGES TO THE TERMS.  Any significant changes to the Terms for this Site will be posted to this page.  Please review these Terms on a regular basis for any such changes.  Your continued use of this web site following the posting of any revisions to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.
